Group Leader Access gives just the right level of access to Coaches and Teachers to stay informed and engaged—without opening up the full admin dashboard. With limited dashboard access, Group Leaders can easily view the Overview Tab, manage and track progress of their own team through the Groups & Participants Tab, and view the Donations Tab for the participants on their team. While they won’t be able to request payments or edit fundraiser details, they’ll have everything they need to monitor performance, support participants, and keep momentum strong.

Steps to Utilize the Group Leader Access

  1. Enable Group Leader Access & Send The Invite - click to explore the how-to.

  2. Announce the Invite to your Group Leaders

After your have enabled the Group Leader Access Feature and sent out your Group Leader invites, it is ideal to give your leaders a heads up to check their email inbox for an email from 99Pledges. Using the search term "group leader" brings it right up to the top!

Please note- you can resend the invite to just one Group Leader if necessary (click to view the how-to)

  3. Group Leaders open the email for the Group Leader Invite.

  4. Group Leaders click the blue button to "Access Group Leader Dashboard".

Group Leaders will be taken straight to the Limited Access version of the Admin Dashboard. They do not need to log into 99Pledges.com nor do they need a password.

Please note- after 24 hours (or if you, as the admin are performing tests or logging in and out of your 99Pledges Fundraiser Admin Account). After clicking the link in their email they will be prompted to have a link re-sent. This is for security purposes. They simply follow the prompts and access as before.

...and then...
