Group Leader Access gives just the right level of access to Coaches, Teachers, and Team Leaders to stay informed and engaged—without opening up the full admin dashboard.

How To Enable Group Leader Access & Send Leader Invites
Add your participants and groups. There are 3 options: EmailMe, FindMe, and AddMe. (explore more about those options here).
Reach out to our team in Customer Success in order to have Group Leader Access enabled on your account.

Add Group Leader Emails. Once the feature is enabled by our team at 99Pledges, please visit the Groups & Participants Tab and you will notice that there is now a field for an email address to the right of the Group Name. You can type or paste your Group Leader emails into that field and then click into another box to save.
4. Send Group Leader Invite. Once you have entered email addresses for the Group Leaders, you will notice that a blue button will appear where you can click to "Invite All Group Leaders".
The next screen will allow you to edit the outgoing message.
You may edit the outgoing message, but please be sure to not change anything inside of the double brackets (please see circled example). The double brackets is where the system inserts the information and links.
Once you are ready to send the invite, please click the green SEND button.
5. Give Instructions to your Group Leaders. It is ideal to give your group leaders a heads up to search for that email and let them know all that they can do. They can search their inbox for an email from 99Pledges. Searching by "Group Leader" should bring that to the top!
Please note- occasionally, an email can bounce back due to a privacy setting or an inbox being full. If that should happen, an icon 
will appear to the right of the email that has bounced back.
Resending the Group Leader Invite to one Group Leader
Occasionally, you will have a Group Leader reach out and ask you to re-send their link. If you do not wish to re-send the link to all leaders you can:
Hover over the line of the Group Leader
Click the pencil icon on the right
Click "invite group leader"
Please Note: It is helpful to give your Group Leaders a heads up to search for an email from 99Pledges in their inbox. Searching by "Group Leader" brings the invite up to the top.
