We highly recommend using QR codes to post on your printed flyers as it makes it much easier for someone to access your fundraising page. All they have to do is point their smartphone camera at the QR code, which will take them straight to the online pledge page. This way they don't have to manually type the entire pledge page URL into their browser. Of course, you always want to include both the URL and the QR code for printed materials.

You can also add a QR code to online material, but it's not necessary as someone can simply click on a link to access the page.

It is very easy to generate a QR code using an online QR code generator. Our reps can help you generate this code for your main page URL or you can create it on your own.

Here is the QR code generator that we use: https://www.qr-code-generator.com/

Important Note: This website will want you to sign-up for an account, but do NOT sign-up. It is completely free to use, once you click "download" to create the QR code, wait 10-20 seconds and the QR code should appear in your downloads.

If you sign-up and create a "Dynamic" QR code, your QR code will only be active for 7 days, so the QR code will not work after 7 days unless you pay for their service. All you need is a static QR code, which is created for free.

You will see the page below, which makes you think you need to sign up, but all you have to do is wait and the QR code will be downloaded.
